Rhiannon

Rhiannon is a registered Arts Therapist and Counsellor. She holds a Master of Art Therapy and Counselling from La Trobe University and has been supporting children, young people and adults for over seven years across education, disability, community, justice and private practice.

Her approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and person-centred, with experience supporting people navigating trauma, ADHD, autism, mental health challenges, grief, family violence and life transitions.
Rhiannon believes creativity can be a powerful pathway to healing, self-understanding and growth. She creates a warm, inclusive and compassionate space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences, build on their strengths and express themselves.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Rhiannon cooking up a Mexican feast, wandering through nature on a long walk or creating strange, colourful and wacky artworks just for the joy of it.

Rhiannon offers individual and group art therapy and counselling sessions, both in person and online.
